Our products are available through various retailers, including online marketplaces and independent stores. Each retailer maintains its own return and exchange policy.
For this reason, all returns must be submitted directly through the store where you purchased your item.
To start a return, please visit the retailer’s website or contact their customer service team. If you’re unsure which retailer you purchased from or you need product support, we’re happy to help.
Orders are fulfilled from U.S.-based fulfillment centers and typically ship within 3–5 business days.
